Our fees
We only work on a no-win, no-fee commitment and never charge upfront fees. We charge between 15-25% (+VAT) based on the amount of money you get back.
Our fee is capped at $10,000 (+VAT) for larger cases, where the bank pays back $66,666 or more.
How our fee works
The more the bank pays you back, the smaller the percentage we charge. Each band has a cap, so the percentage only ever falls, and our fee never goes above $10,000 (+VAT).
Our no-win, no-fee commitment means you don’t pay a single penny upfront. And if your claim is unsuccessful, you won’t owe us anything either. There are no hidden fees or admin charges.
You’ll only pay us a fee once your claim is successful and the bank or Financial Ombudsman Service confirm you’re receiving money back. And our fee is only due after you’ve received your money.
