In 2021, Directors Stuart and Will started Refund Restored after seeing how unfairly victims of fraud were being treated by their banks. Despite doing nothing wrong, people were routinely being denied the recovery of their funds, with no transparent or trustworthy support to turn to.

It wasn’t right, and it certainly wasn’t fair.

Having worked in financial services for many years, Stuart and Will knew the banks had obligations they were avoiding.
