Returns and Refunds Policy
At Mr Wheels Tires, we want you to understand your options before you buy. This policy applies to purchases made through our website. Please review it before ordering, and contact us with any questions.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, contact us within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. Unless applicable law says otherwise, eligible items must be:
- Unused, unmounted, and uninstalled.
- In their original condition and packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Contact Mr Wheels Tires before sending an item back. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We’ll provide instructions and let you know whether the item is eligible.
Do not ship a return without authorization. Returns sent to the wrong address or without prior approval may be delayed or refused, where permitted by law.
Return Shipping and Fees
Return shipping costs are paid by Mr Wheels Tires, except when an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If a refund is not approved, we’ll explain the reason and let you know whether the item can be returned to you.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have a defect, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos, if available. We’ll review the issue and explain the next steps.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available, subject to product availability and confirmation of fitment. Contact us before returning an item to ask about an exchange.
Fitment and Installation
Check wheel and tire fitment before ordering. Compatibility may depend on your vehicle’s year, make, model, trim, and modifications. If you’re unsure, contact Mr Wheels Tires before purchase.
